Sven and Sara Simon, husband and wife, are the founders of dasSIMON.

Sven is from Germany and has spent his entire career in real estate development and finance. He has been successfully leading a variety of real estate investments ranging from residential, office, and hospitality to coworking spaces. Sven focuses on project acquisition and execution.

Sara is from Los Angeles and has focused her career on interior and architectural design. Her design mantra is to ‘bring hospitality home’, which leads to more bold and edgy design finishes. She’s emerged as a top-tier interior designer with her work consistently published in numerous international, national, and regional publications. As a result, she’s also built her own brand - Handsome Salt.

Together, Sven & Sara, have more than three decades of experience creating luxury lifestyle real estate experiences, have built a proven track record as well as a great reputation among the top industry professionals in their niche markets.
